Location of Our Programs
As a part of Arizona Cooperative Extension, we are on-the-ground in multiple counties throughout the state, bringing The University and our stakeholder-driven programs to the people. We connect teachers and school district specialists with water providers, and ascertain mutual needs, and then develop objective-driven programs. We then evaluate and improve our programs over time.

Arizona Project WET is one of the most well established water education programs in the Nation. This state program thrives thanks to the guiding principles of Arizona Cooperative Extension: a statewide framework, needs-based program development, and objective-driven, evaluated programs. Access to the world renowned Project WET Foundation lessons enable us to activate locally and regionally specific content using the very best instructional practices.
Stories and Events
“Water stewardship begins when people know about, understand, and connect to the water cycle. Arizona Project WET facilitates this connection for Tucson Water customers. For over a decade Arizona Project WET has taught our community about our unique water resources.”
